What is included in the 7-day free trial?
The trial gives you access to the Platform plan so you can build, test, and connect your first customer agent before starting a paid subscription.
How do the $99 in AI credits work?
Your monthly credits cover the model usage generated by your agents. Each request draws from the balance based on the model you choose and the amount of input and output it processes.
What happens if I use more than $99 in AI credits?
You can add funds to your balance at any time. To keep your agents running without interruption, you can also enable auto top-ups when your balance reaches a threshold you choose.
How is additional usage calculated and billed?
Usage above the amounts included in your plan is deducted from your prepaid balance using the rates in the table above. You can top up that balance manually or enable automatic top-ups.
Can I set spending or usage limits?
Yes. You control when auto top-ups happen by choosing a balance threshold and top-up amount. You can also leave auto top-ups disabled and add funds manually.
Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can cancel or change your plan at any time. Your current plan remains active through the end of the billing period.
How many agents can I build on the Platform plan?
The Platform plan is workspace-based, so you can build and manage multiple agents. Your included allowances and additional usage are shared across the workspace.
How many team members can I invite?
You can invite your team to collaborate on building, reviewing, and improving agents from the same workspace.
Which messaging channels are supported?
Agents can work across website chat, email, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger.
What counts toward storage usage?
Storage includes messages and email content retained in your workspace, along with media sent or received in conversations—such as images and documents on email and WhatsApp.
